We are aware that you have confidence in us. We see it as our responsibility to protect your privacy. Here we let you know what information we collect when you use our website, why we collect it and how we help improve your user experience. So you understand exactly how we work.
This Privacy Policy applies to the services of eazyplug.nl. You should be aware that eazyplug.nl is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and resources. By using this website you accept the privacy policy.
eazyplug.nl respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you give us will be treated confidentially.
Our use of information gathered
Use our services
When you sign up for any of our services, we ask you to provide personal information. These data are used to be able to carry out the service. The data is stored on secure servers of eazyplug.nl or those of a third party. We will not combine this data with other personal data we have.
Communication
When sending to our e-mail or other messages, we may retain those communications. Sometimes we ask for your personal information relevant to the particular situation. This makes it possible to process your inquiries and respond to your requests. The data is stored on secure servers of eazyplug.nl or those of a third party. We will not combine this data with other personal data we have.
Cookies
We collect data for research to gain a better understanding of our customers so that we can tailor our services accordingly.
This website uses “cookies” (small text files placed on your computer) to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information about your use of the website generated by the cookie can be transmitted to secure servers of eazyplug.nl or those of a third party. We use this information to track how you use the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. We use Google Analytics. To do this, we have entered into a data processing agreement with Google, masked the last octet of the IP address and set ‘data sharing’ off. Furthermore, we do not use other Google services in combination with the Google Analytics cookies.
Purposes
We do not collect or use information for purposes other than the purposes described in this Privacy Policy unless we have obtained your consent in advance.

We offer all visitors the opportunity to view, change, or delete all personal information provided to us at the moment.

Turn off cookies
Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, it is possible that some features and services on our and other websites may not function properly if cookies are disabled in your browser.
Contact form
When you send us a message through the contact form, we record the name, e-mail address, telephone number, country and message you enter, together with the date and time, the language of the page you used and the IP address the message was sent from. We use this only to answer your question and, where relevant, to follow it up. The message is e-mailed to us and is also stored on our own server, outside the publicly accessible part of the website, so that a request is never lost if an e-mail fails to arrive. We keep these messages for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted; the archive is limited to the 500 most recent messages.
Customer portal and order information
If we give you access to our customer portal, we create an account for you containing your company name, your name and your e-mail address. Your password is stored only as an encrypted hash: it cannot be read back by us or by anyone else, and it is never sent by e-mail. While you are logged in we store a temporary session key, which expires automatically after eight hours or when you log out. In the portal we show you information about your own orders, such as the order number and date, the status and delivery details, the products and batch numbers supplied, and related documents such as packing slips, invoices and certificates of analysis. Account and order data are stored outside the publicly accessible part of the website and are only ever shown to the account they belong to. We keep order information for seven years, in line with the statutory retention period for business records; account data are removed when the account is closed.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time which personal data we hold about you, have them corrected, or have them deleted, and you may ask us to close your portal account. We will then remove your account and the messages associated with it; order data may be kept until the statutory retention period has expired. Call us on +31 (0)161 233 920 or use the contact page. You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Google Analytics and your consent
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-Z4ZBYWTRFT) to see how visitors find and use the site, so that we can keep improving it. Analytics is not loaded when you arrive: nothing is requested from Google and no analytics cookies are placed until you have actively accepted them in the cookie banner. Functional cookies, which are needed to make the site work, are always used. If you accept, Google Analytics places cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) that recognise your browser on later visits; we use the results only in aggregate, as statistics about page visits, languages and devices. We never use these cookies for advertising: Google Consent Mode v2 is set on this site to deny advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation at all times.
Withdrawing or changing your cookie consent
You can change your mind at any time, and refusing is just as easy as accepting. Use the “Cookie settings” link in the Legal column at the bottom of every page to reopen the cookie banner and choose Accept or Reject again. If you reject, no Google Analytics is loaded and any analytics cookies that were already stored are deleted. Your choice is remembered for about six months, after which we ask again. You can also clear your choice by deleting this site’s data in your browser.
